QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: High School Diploma or higher.

-Experience in logistics - dispatching for CDL-Class A trucks (2+ years) preferred.

-Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.

-Strong organizational skills, problem solving, and time management.

-Knowledge of Microsoft office and Internet.

Job Descripton

Seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated dispatcher / driver manager to join our office team. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing truck driver schedules, along with customer base - shippers and receivers. Communicating with truck drivers in transit for smooth and efficient deliveries. Monitoring transportation activities, responding to customer requests, resolving problems during load transit, and maintaining accurate load records. Schedule: 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with some after-hour calls
